Laredo Lights shall not be liable for any damages from use of this website or any of its contents; including any downloads, not limited to singing faces or sequences.

Order Acceptance

Your purchase of any product on this website grants you a license with specific rights and limitations.  Upon receipt of funds, you are granted by Laredo Lights a perpetual non-exclusive license for non-commercial use of the downloaded files, subject to the following limitations:

• Your license is only for one show; your purchase your license.
• If you run a separate show for someone else, they will also need a separate license.
• You may make as many copies and backups of the downloaded files
• You may modify any of the files in any way to fit your show
• You may not transfer / share any of the files to any third party
• You may not transfer / share any modified files based on our work to any third party

• In short, we offer our products at very reasonable rates, do not hurt us by sharing our work.

Refund Policy

All sales of downloadable products are final.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility.  Should you experience any problem with any download, Laredo Lights will work with you to resolve that problem.  If we are unable to resolve your problem, you may select another product from our store of equal or lesser value, free of charge.  Our goal is your satisfaction and keep you as a returning customer.

Warranty

We are not perfect!!!  Laredo Lights will fix any defective face for free.  Please reach out prior to purchase; if you have any doubts on product compatibility.
